Who We Are
TrueSelf Ltd. was established in 1999 by Jane Riley, to challenge people to know themselves and be all they can be.
Working in training and development for over 15 years, all her work is driven by
a passion to "enable others to uncover their dreams and take action to make
them a reality".
Jane has worked with a variety of individuals, teams and organisations in many different settings. Her work is underpined by a genuine desire to share varied approaches and methods, tailored to the people she is working with.
